| Cross Country travels to Milaca Mega Meet Adrian Girls finish in 3rd place |

The Adrian Dragons cross country team traveled up to Milaca on Saturday, September 22, to participate in the Milaca Mega Meet. The meet this year lived up to it’s name, with almost 5600 runners participating in the thirteen individual races, and estimates of over 5000 spectators cheering them on, it truly was a Mega Meet on Stones Throw Golf Course in Milaca.
The AA Varsity girl’s race featured 167 runners, 20 complete teams, and last year’s state class-A champions, St. Cloud Cathedral, and state class-A runners-up, Esko. The Adrian girls ran a strong race, placing third as a team, with 122 points. Esko finished in second place with 117 and St. Cloud Cathedral won the event with 107.
