The following Ordinance is hereby published by title and summary:1. Title Summary: Amendment of Sections 405.09 and 410.09.2. Summary of Ordinance: The Ordinance defines the hours of sale for intoxicating liquor and 3.2 beer and provides for the sale of intoxicating liquor on Sunday.3. Availability of Ordinance. A complete printed copy of this Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular business hours in the office of the City Clerk of Ellsworth located at 322 South Broadway, Ellsworth, Minnesota 56129. This Ordinance was passed by the City Council of Ellsworth on the 13th day of November, 2012, and shall become effective seven (7) days after the date of publication.
