The following Ordinance is hereby published by title and summary:1. Title Summary: Amendment of Section 605.2. Summary of Ordinance: Amends the Ordinance as relates to the use of snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles and recreational vehicles, including golf carts within the City of Ellsworth. 3. Availability of Ordinance. A complete printed copy of this Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular business hours in the office of the City Clerk of Ellsworth located at 322 South Broadway, Ellsworth, Minnesota 56129. This Ordinance was passed by the City Council of Ellsworth on the 13th day of November, 2012, and shall become effective seven (7) days after the date of publication.
