With senior Rachel Kontz netting the games first six points, the Adrian girls basketball team continued to build on their lead throughout the contest as they opened the 2012 basketball season with a convincing 37 point win, 74-37, over the visiting Flying Dutchmen of Edgerton. It was the season opener for both teams in the non-conference contest.
