Sweer, Florence and Sharon Arends, Ellsworth and their son, Ervin and Lori Arends, Little Rock IA. were among the many people that helped Shirley Christians celebrate her 80th birthday on Sunday evening.
Sympathy to the Herman Kramer family. Herman died on Friday December 21, 2012 at the age of 85. Marcene Hassebroek, Luverne was a Sunday visitor with Jan Stoll. Christmas day visitors with Jim Mulder were Orvel and Betty Ohling, Lena Wiertzema, Ellsworth and Dave Wiertzema, Adrian MN. Mimi Schleusner and son Cole, Rock Rapids, IA; Mary Schleusner, Angie Schleusner and Tanner Lamb, Iowa City IA were Saturday evening supper guests with Ruth Birkett and Skip Birkett. Sympathy to the Hinrichs family. Their brother, Marvin Hinrichs died on Sunday December 23, 2012. Congratulations to Matt Buntjer who was recently hired by the City of Ellsworth to replace Ray Palmer who took employment with the State Of Minnesota. Christmas night guests with Wayne and Diane Schweitzer were Jan Stoll, Ellsworth; Ryan, Kristin Karson and Kayne Jurrens; Adam McKnight, Katie, Devin and Kenley Korthals, Rock Rapids, IA. |
