Christmas Day dinner guests with Dave and Linda Boyenga were Daryl and Sharon Buss, Eden Prairie MN; Curt and Colleen Duby,
Jacksonville WY; Tim and Sherrie Haken, rural Ellsworth. After eating they went to see Minnie Haken a resident at the Sibley Nursing Home. They returned to Tim and Sherrie's home for dessert and were joined there by Daryl and Lila Brinkhouse, Rushmore MN.
Linda Klingenberg, Adrian was a Saturday afternoon caller with Jan Stoll. In spite of the cold on Saturday evening a good crowd attended the PVM Volunteers Soup and Dessert Supper and the Legion Bingo Sympathy to the Boomgaarden family. Their husband, father and grandfather, Gary, died on January 3, 2013. Keith and Marvella Klaahsen, Sibley IA and Daryl Kruger Ellsworth were Sunday afternoon visitors with Sweer, Florence and Sharon Arends. They helped Sharon celebrate her birthday which was January 7th. Saturday evening guests with Wayne and Diane Schweitzer were Ryan, Kristin, Karson and Kayne Jurrens; Adam McKnight, Katie, Devin and Kenley Korthals; Roger and Charlotte Jurrens, Little Rock IA. They watched the Viking/Packer game and celebrated Kristin's birthday. |
