Shelly Loosbrock and Amy Bents reach high for the block against SWC.
New Coaches-New Season-New Team
As the leaves and grain begin to change so do the Dragon teams. Coach Brianne Einck is the new Head Volleyball Coach this year and is excited to have such a great group of athletes. She is teaching 3rd grade at AES and looks forward to a winning year. Alongside Brianne is new assistant coach Brittany Larson, who is alum of AHS. She is also teaching at the elementary school.

This year dominating the Adrian Dragon Volleyball court you will see a large line up of senior girls leading our team. Senior Team Captain, Shelly Loosbrock has been designated for the year. Her work ethic, determination, dedication, and leadership are what this team needs to have a successful season.Other seniors you will see leading the Varsity Dragons are Corie Reckamp (outside hitter), Christina Loonan (libero), Bailey Grussing (outside hitter), Nicole Knips (middle), Sydnie Wiess (setter), Amy Bents (middle), and Christina Rosales (middle). Left side all around Elizabeth Thier (junior) will also be a starting asset for the Dragons. Other juniors who will be playing varsity are: Brooke Echter (defensive specialist), LaRae Albertson (ds), Libby Ahlers (right side), Erica Diekmann (ds), and Carli Jeffers (middle). Sophmore, Madisyn Dingmann will be the varisty backup setter for the 2013 season.
