Memorial Services were held at St. Paulís Lutheran Church Fulda, MN at 10:30 AM on Saturday March 1, 2014
Georgia Tiesler, the daughter of John and Grace (Van Beest) Boltjes, was born on January 25, 1934 in Adrian, Minnesota. She grew up on the family farm near Adrian and attended country school near Adrian and also Magnolia. Georgia was united in marriage to Elmer Tiesler on June 27, 1952 in Sibley, IA. After their marriage they lived in Bigelow, MN and then moved to Adrian after he returned from the service. In 1955 they moved to Lake Wilson and then to Reading and then back to Adrian in 1963, where they started Tiesler Trucking. In 1964 they moved their home and business to Fulda. Elmer passed away in August of 1992. Over the years she worked on the farm, at Safeway Egg Plant, Sudenga Produce and with the trucking company. Georgia continued living at her home in Fulda until October of 2013 when she moved to the Maple View Estates in Fulda. Georgia passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at the Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD at the age of 80. She was a member of St. Paulís Lutheran Church in Fulda. She enjoyed going to the casino, country music, having coffee with her friends and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids and great-grandkids.

Survivors include her two children, Gail (Paul) Timmerman of Fulda, MN and Doug (Jackie) Tiesler of Fulda, MN; 5 grandchildren, Billie Jo (Charson Anderson) Timmerman, Jamie (Travis) Hendel, Kristin (Daniel) Strandberg, Aaron Tiesler and Courtney Tiesler; 6 great-grandchildren, Jordan Hoffman, Jaeden Strandberg and Addysen, Lauryn, Trysten and Paxtyn Hendel and a future great-grandchild due in August; 3 sisters, Mary Buus of Luverne, MN, Gertrude (Alvin) Berning of Adrian, MN and Francis (Jerome) Erpelding of Adrian, MN and 2 brothers, Henry Boltjes Ellsworth, MN and John (Essie) Boltjes Jr. of Worthington, MN. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

Memorial Services were held at St. Paulís Lutheran Church Fulda, MN at 10:30 AM on Saturday March 1, 2014 with Rev. Shawn Ethridge officiating. The organist was Loretta Gehl. The soloist was A.W. Koopman. The honorary pallbearers were her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Interment will be at a later date at Worthington Memorial Gardens Worthington, MN. The Totzke Funeral Home in Fulda assisted the family with arrangements
