Meeting
September 27, 2019
Board Vice Chair Wolf called the special meeting of the Adrian Board of Education to order at 12:00 PM on Friday September 27, 2019. Members present: Bullerman, Madison, Wolf and Wieneke. Also present Superintendent Graff, and K-12 Principal Koehne.
Members Kruger, Kunkel and Lenz were absent.
Motion by Bullerman, seconded by Madison to nominate Wieneke as acting clerk, motion carried.
Discussed overnight travel for the Volleyball team to attend a tournament in Marshall on October 4 & 5. Motion by Bullerman seconded by Wieneke to approve overnight travel, motion carried.
Mrs. Koehne explained to the board the she has been approached by an outside group requesting to use our Survey Monkey account to conduct a survey of the members of our district community. Motion by Wieneke, seconded by Madison to grant access to the District Account, motion carried.
Board Vice Chair Wolf gave an update on the AEA Contract negotiations and that a tentative agreement has been reached.
Motion by Bullerman, seconded by Madison to adjourn the Special September 27, 2019 meeting at 12:10 PM, motion carried.
