Adrian School District #511 Public Hearing
June 19, 2017 at 6:00 P.M.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the School Board of Adrian’s I.S.D. #511 will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. to consider independent tax abatement request from Seth Jacoby pursuant to Minnesota Statute 469.1813 and 116J.993 through 116J.995. The requests are to abate 100% of the District’s portion of newly-generated, real estate taxes, related to new residential home construction on the subject’s properties for a period of 5 years; as defined in the Nobles Home Initiative guidelines. The subject properties are located at: 401 Tennessee Avenue, Adrian, MN (Parcel 21-0351-000).
The public hearing will be held during the regular session meeting of the I.S.D #511 Board Meeting; which is located in the District Conference Room, Adrian High School at 410 Indiana Avenue, Adrian, MN 56110.
