Dale John Kemper, age 82, of Sibley, IA, died Sunday, March 22, 2020, at the Sibley Nursing & Rehab Center in Sibley, IA.
A time of fellowship will be from 5-7 pm Thursday, March 26, 2020. officiated by Roxanne Kemper, at the Dingmann Funeral Home in Worthington. Graveside service with full military honors provided by the Lismore American Legion will be 10 am Friday, March 27, 2020, at St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in Lismore.
