The Panthers traveled to Adrian to face the Dragons falling 44-15.
Devin Dreesen scored 18 points for Ellsworth with 10 rebounds and five assists. Kallie Chapa added 10 points.
Ellsworth did get as close as four in the second half but could not outscore them for the win.
Adrian out-rebounded Ellsworth 39-29 and committed just seven turnovers to the Panthers’ 20.
Next action for the ladies will be against Southwest Minnesota Christian and Fulda.
