NOTICE OF BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ellsworth School District 514, Nobles County, Minnesota will accept bids until 4:00 pm, April 20, 2020. Bids will be opened and read at that time in the Ellsworth Public School office, located at 513 South Broadway Street, Ellsworth, MN 56129.The results and final disposition of the bid opening will be presented to the School Board that same day beginning at approximately 5:30 pm, in the Ellsworth High School FACS room, for the following item: HAYING LEASE: The Ellsworth School District 514 is bidding out agricultural haying rights at the following NW ¼ of NE ¼. Section Thirty-Two (32) of Township One Hundred One (101), Range Forty-Three (43), Nobles County, Minnesota. (aka Ellsworth High School Football Field) for the year of 2020. The property consists of approximately 6.18 +/- acres. The highest bidder will be required to enter into a land lease agreement with the Ellsworth School District for a one year period. Bids shall be submitted on the Ellsworth High School Bid Form, which is available AT THE SCHOOL OFFICE. Bidders should submit the Bid form in a sealed envelope. Bids should be delivered/mailed to the Ellsworth High School: 513 South Broadway Street, Ellsworth, MN 56129 no later than 4:00 pm April 20, 2020. Any bids received after this date and time will not be accepted. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
