Panther volleyball drops two

The Hills-Beaver Creek patriots met up with the Ellsworth Panthers on Tuesday, October 1st.  The breaks didn’t fall Ellsworth’s way and the Panther’s lost in three 18-25, 13-25 and 20-25

Morgan Dreesen led the stats for the night serving 15/15 and dropping in one ace.  She had 10 set assists in the three games.  Mady Bixby was 4/4 from the service line and added 8 digs to the Panther stats.  Kallie Chapa served 12/13 with one ace and Kendra DeBeer was 7/8 from the service line with two aces.

WWG 3 – ELLS 0

Ellsworth faced Westbrook/Walnut Grove on Thursday, October 3rd and lost in three. Scores were 12 to 25, 25 to 27, and 19 to 25. The leaders for the Panthers were Morgan Dreesen, serving 12 for 12 with two aces and 13 set assists; Kendra Debeer had four kills and two solo blocks; Kallie Chapa four kills, one block and was 9 for 10 serving.

Upcoming for the Panthers: on the road to Lamberton, Tuesday, Oct. 8th, meeting up with the Red Rock Central Falcons;  and will be home for the last time this season on Thursday, Oct. 10th to take on the Mt. Lake Area Wolverines.
