Ellsworth News 11-20-19

Ellsworth Community Thanksgiving Service will be held on Nov. 27th at 7:00 p.m. at Bethel Reformed Church. Please bring a food item. The food and offering will be given to a local food pantry.

Every one is talking about the wind, rain, snow and ice.

Do you remember that by the calendar, winter does not start until December 22,2019.

Skip Birkett was a Sunday morning visitor with Denny Johanning.

Keep in your prayers Bill Deutsch and Sweer Arends. Also others in need of them, because they are suffering physically, mentally and spiritly. Remember all the veterans. Thank them when you see one !!!

Mimi Drenth, Rock Rapids, IA and son Cole Schleusner spent the weekend in Cedar Rapids, IA  visiting the Lamb family.   Grandma Mimi and Uncle Cole spoiled baby Jack, who was born July 13, 2019.  He is the great grandson of Ruth Birkett and the great nephew of Skip Birkett.

Stranger things have happened.  Who quit watching the Vikings and Broncos game on Sunday at half time when

the score was 20 to zero with Minnesota losing??.  The second half of the game the Vikings made 4 touch downs,  making the final score 27–23.

Be kind to each other and have a good week !!!
