The Minnesota Vikings win again!  Way to go Vikes!  So far Cousins is looking good!

Sunday, Sept. 9th, was Grandparents Day.  The Adrian Country Cottages held a brunch to honor the grandparents and great-grandparents that are residents. The Cottage was all decked out for the event.  Families signed up to come and have brunch with the honorees.  There was a great turnout and it was a fun time for the families.

Teagan Gosch, grand-daughter of Alan and Cindy Cox, and great-granddaughter of Eileen Hokeness and Kay Cox entered six events at the SD State Fair in Huron, SD.  She received purple ribbons in photography, home decor, 2 purple ribbons for her cooking entries (chocolate chip cookies and sour cream cookies), and a purple ribbon in dress making.  Congratulations Teagan!

Thought for the week:  One of the biggest mistakes we can make in life is to focus on what we don’t have or have lost and fail to realize what we do have.  If we will just give God what we have, He will use it and just give back more than we had to begin with.  Surely He can do something with my little bit.  What do you have to give God?  It is enough!
