Summer Steak Kabobs

1/2 cup canola oil 1/2 pound whole 1/4 cup soy sauce fresh mushrooms 3 tablespoons honey             2 medium onion, cut into

2 tablespoons white vinegar     wedges

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1 medium sweet red pep 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder per,  cut into 1-inch pieces

1 1/2 pounds beef top sirloin 1 medium green pepper,

steak cut into 1-inch cubes into 1-inch pieces   Hot cooked rice             1 medium yellow summer

cut into 1/2 -inch slices

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine first six ingredients, Add beef; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Using 12 metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread the beef and vegetables; discard marinade. Grill kabobs, covered, over medium heat until the beef reaches desired doneness, 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve with hot cooked rice. 6 serving.
