Donations continue to come in and we have surpassed 25% of our goal. I have mentioned in past articles that I would be publishing the names of donors at some point – but only those that have indicated that they would like me to do so. Eventually, there will be a permanent book on display at the Library. In the meantime, I am working at getting a temporary book, so people can come in and see the non-anonymous donations.
Thus far, 18 area businesses have made a donation to the Library fundraiser. The list is alphabetical: Adrian Bus Company, Adrian Funeral Home, Adrian State Bank, Adrian Tile Company, Adrian Town & Country Association, Archer’s Rebuilders, Chick’s Building, Closet to Closet, Cox Realty & Land Services, Dingmann Funeral Home and Cremation Services, First Rushmore Bancorporation, First State Bank Southwest, Heartland Mutual Insurance Company, Kunkel’s Auto Repair, McCarthy’s Floral, Nobles County Review, Rustic Razor, Sailor Plastics, Southwest Mutual Insurance Company, and the State Bank of Lismore.
The above 20 businesses have brought in a total of $6,640 for the Adrian Branch Library fundraiser. We are hoping to see donations continue from individuals, organizations, and businesses.
